Using MACCA
These terms apply when you use MACCA Music. You may explore and compose without an account; cloud saving, publishing and paid features may require one. Keep your sign-in link and account secure, and give us accurate account information. You must be legally able to agree to these terms where you live; if you are not, a parent or guardian must agree for you.
Your music stays yours
You retain ownership of the compositions and other content you create or upload. You give MACCA a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, copy, process and display that content only as needed to operate the product and make releases available according to the visibility you choose. This licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable backup and legal retention periods.
Publishing responsibly
Only upload or publish material you have the right to use. Do not use MACCA to infringe rights, impersonate others, distribute malware, harass people, break the law or interfere with the service. Public and unlisted links may be copied by other people. We may limit or remove content or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders or the service.
The service
MACCA is a creative tool, not a guaranteed archive. Export work you cannot afford to lose. We may improve, change or discontinue features and will try to give reasonable notice when a change materially affects stored work. Audio, MIDI and theory suggestions may contain mistakes; review output before relying on or releasing it.
Plans and payments
Paid-plan prices, billing period and included features are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not remove access already paid for, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Taxes and any additional refund rights depend on your location and the checkout terms shown to you.
Responsibility
We provide MACCA with reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, MACCA is provided without additional warranties and we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove any mandatory protection you have under the law that would otherwise apply where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. You may also use any competent consumer dispute body or court available to you under applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product changes. The effective date above tells you which version applies; material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way. Questions can be sent to contact@brandboard.se.
